N 400 pending march 2017

I have passed my interview test on 14 Dec 2017 but i didnt put last name on initial application. OfficeR told me he need to run background checks again with complete last name and will issue oath ceremony letter in 8 to 12 weeks. Its been 9 months still waiting for oath ceremony. I opened too many inquiries but same answer that its pending on background checks. Today i received below response via email in response to last inquiry.

We researched your case and found that it required additional review before we could make a decision. We have completed the review of your N-400, Application for Naturalization . We will mail you a notice to you or your representative at the address you gave us.

Does that mean review have been completed and will get notice soon or just generic email ?

I would reach out to your senator - more specifically, reach out to a senator that is up for re-election in 11-2018. Believe me... they want to help you.

You may want to reach out to USCIS. Call them and ask for a second level officer, and then ask for an info pass.
