I checked my I-94 few months ago and i found an error, it states that i took a trip outside US in January 2017 and never came back, it's true that i booked that trip but never made it, it wouldn't matter to me if i'm not applying for naturalization, and now i'm concerned that this will delay my process.
i already called the Deferred Inspections office at JFK before i sent the N-400 , they said i don't have to worry, USCIS have their own travel history and they don't rely on the I-94, and i called them today, they said i have to submit an FOIA request.
would such a mistake get my application denied or delayed ?
should i fix it regardless, even though i applied for naturalization already ? or is it too late ?
can i get travel history through FOIA and take it with me the day of the interview ?
Thanks for your help.
