Hi,
I had my naturalization interview in May 2018, passed english and civics test but immigration officer told me that he need to do some background research and get back to me for any additional information
In Nov first week, I have received a RFE asking for 3 years (2012,13 & 14) financial records (Tax returns, pay stubs, W2 and bank statement) + Performance evaluation records. I got my GC on EB1 in Sep 2012.
I am not sure why all this information is being asked after 6 months, and what is USCIS trying to establish.
What should be my course of action, do I need a attorney? How do i secure performance records for those year, any alternates ? Please provide your suggestions
