    Hello,

I applied for my parents' N400. They finished their biometrics and cleared the interview.

We just got a notice saying the application saying they were out of the US for 934 days, while they are allowed only 913.

Since filing the application, they've been here an additional couple of months.

Would that count? Should I apply for N-336 and give them the additional time they've spent here.

Thanks in advance for your help

The applicants need to meet the qualification criteria as of date of the application, so these additional months are not going to help.
Just an opinion; Not legal advice.
