Naturalization Interview

My experience was actually great!. My appointment was scheduled for 8:30 am and I was called in exactly at that time. The entire process lasted approximately 10-12 minutes. First I got tested on the civic questions, then the reading and writing portion, and last i was asked questions from the actual application (almost every question on the application). There is no need to be stressed or scared. Just answer the truth to the best of your ability and everything will be fine. Make sure to take tax return information for your parent, as well as prove of resolution related to any legal issue (traffic tickets, arrest, etc.)
I believe the only way you would be allowed to enter the interview room with your parent is if they are elderly and need assistance with translation/interpreter.
