Unfortunately my husband got his citizenship denied because they said he did not apply for a ?waiver of forgiveness? because he was deported back in 2008 and we reapplied for him when we got married and they approved him and he got a green card and is in US now...but now we?re not sure what immigration will do or say...anybody have any idea or advice they can give ??????

The only thing I can think of is get a lawyer it doesn't make any sense, maybe when he was deported it was not an actual deportation but a voluntary departure, but either way he needed a waiver approved before getting greencard, after your husband got deported did he came back to US illegally again?
