DS11 passport application at the ceremony day

hi been looking around to know from you guys
my oath ceremony is coming soon and i want to apply for us passport
i need to understand i know i have to take 2 photos, and i read i need to download DS11 and fill up my info? is this right
should i do manually filling my info? or by using a computer then i have to print it out

i cant add any info to DS11 pdf file i download from the gov website any help ill appreciate that
