She already passed civic and English test during interview but than she could not provide state ID to prove state residency. So now her N400 case is transferred to another field office (from NJ office to WA -Seattle office) where officer thinks that case has jurisdiction.
Does she need to take English/civic test again at another filed office?
also she has to go through interview in person again in another state or they will only ask state residency as RFE?
If they ask residency proof in another state ..she has to move to new state and wait for at least 3 months in new jurisdiction? (because they have 3 month rule)
