OCI vs PIO

Could any body post what the pros and cons on OCI and PIO card are.

Also what is the processing times for both

PIO takes less time. Is for 15 years.
OCI takes more time. It is life time.

If you are in hurry to go to India, take PIO ( or even visa). Otherwise, take OCI.
