Dual Citizenship

Hi!

There are a lot of conflicting discussion about dual citizenship.
I would like to know if there is dual citizenship for India and if yes, what form is to be filled out? Furthermore, should the form be submitted along with the papers for citizenship in the US?

There is NO dual citizenship for India.

Only OCI.
