Postponing interview

Hi - my wife got her interview letter. She is pregnant and her interivew date is very close to the expected due date. We are thinking of postponing the interview. My question is - how long does it take to get a new interview letter? Do they typically send you a new interview letter easily or is a hassle to get a new one?
