Dual A#

Can somebody explain Dual A# situation to me?
I have a Green Card and am about to apply for Citizenship.
I used to be on F1 then on Optional Practical Training (OPT) then H1 and then GC. So do I have 2 A#'s? What impact does that have on my citizenship process?

I think you only have one A number..................I dont think it changes
