Hi Friends,

My baby was born in USA.Now i want apply for a dual citizenship.Can anobody tell me where can i get the complete information & Forms to apply.

As of today India does not allow for dual citizenship. You cannot get your baby both India and US citizenship but you can get Overseas Citizenship of India(OCI) that is as close to dual citizenship as you can get.

My son's OCI rejected

I applied for OCI in the UK for my son who was born in the US. It was rejected and the reason was both parents hold Indian passports!!
