I'd like to know when I'll become eligible afeter uscis denied my application for citizenship.On the letter they sent to me, there isn't any date . The reason they have denied my case is : not enough proof of source of income.

i always thought income has nothing to do with USC ..dont know why they gave that reason..

Me too, but on the letter it's written exactely:
Reason : Lack of prosecution
Explanation : you did not provide the following documents which were requested by the Service:
Not enough proof of income

Please tell me what I can do because I really need this paper right now

the reason for the denial is not lack of income but your failure to respond to the request for further information. You have to appeal the deciison AND provide and explanantion as to why you didnt respond AND also provide the proof of income. However its almost the same cost for an appeal as it is to start afresh which would be quicker. So, if I were you, i would start all over and make sure I have all the required documentation this time.

thank you so much, understand what u mean.I'd like to reapply as soon as possible, it's my idea but I dont know if I'm eligible now or I have to wait if yes until when.Another thing is the reason of their denied is not enough proof of income so I know now what they want , my problem is why they didnt tell me that before.
