Am I eligible for Citizenship?

Hi All,

I got my Greencard on 1/25/2001. Since then I have not lived in the US continously for a period of more then 365 days.
I was out of US in 2002 for 8 days. 2003 for 40 days, 2004 for 43 days and 2005 for 117 days and 2006 for 110 days until now.

Am I eligible to apply for Citizenship? Do I need to file form N-470 to preserve my Greencard?

Any help in this regard will truly be appreciated.

You didn't leave the US for more than 6 months in any year. All your trips are less than 4 months. You are eligible to apply for citizenship.
