My husband died more than 3 years ago. Can I apply for citizenship?

I married my husband who was a US citizen in December of 2002 and became permanent resident in January of 2003. 6 months later my husband passed away. I have not remarried, but have livied in the US legally for the past 3 1/2 years after he died. Can anyone tell me if I am eligible to apply for citizenship now since it has been more than 3 years from the time I became permanent resident or should I wait for 5 years? Thanks in advance

You can apply 3 years after getting green card through marriage.
