Mailing my N-400 Application today,I need Help

I'm sending my N-400 application today 11/28/06 but I want to make sure I got everything right, I have a few questions, please help.

1. I'm sending my filled out N-400,2 photos,copy of GC both sides and $400 fee,I'm in GA so I'm sending it to TX office in a big brown klasp envelope.Should I send it Express mail or First Class? and does it have to be a registered mail?

2. On Part 14. Oath of Allegiance of the N-400 Form says do NOT complete,my understanding is do not print or sign your name on Part 13 and Part 14, is that correct? b/c my dad is worried I left it blank (w/o my printed name and signature), my understanding is you will sign those part on Interview.

3. Lastly, My GC is expiring on 6/12/07 but I'm sending my Application today 11/28/06, do I need to renew my GC before 6/12/07 while my Application is in progress?

Sorry for so many Questions but I'm doing all this on my own and I'm just making sure I get it right, Any help is very much Appreciated. Thanks

1. Send it by ordinary mail. If you would like, you can send it by registered mail.

2. I think the instructions are clear. Don't complete Part 13 and Part 14. You need to sign the form when you go for an interview.

3. Read the answer to FAQ 24 on the instructions. You don't need to renew your GC.
