    Questions on PIO/OCI card

    I was born-in India, and I got my US citizenship through naturalization recently. I would like to apply for visa or something which will allow me to visit and have a tie with my family, relatives and friends

    I have the following questions.
    1. Which is the most appropriate thing to do, applying for either PIO card or OCI card?

    2. What are the acceptable documents for address verification in India? (I think it is required when I apply for either of the cards)

    Please advise.

    Easy one is get PIO card which is valid for 15 years. It takes 2 weeks to get it.

      agreed PIO is best, unless you want extended stays in india or plan to move back, then apply for ocs
