Hi! I gained citizenship and I filed a petition for my mother. I did not include the name of my brother (below 21 years old) in the petition. Will he automtically be included in the petition?

Yes, before your mother goes for consular processing, she would have to fill DS-230 form. Ask her to include your brother's name in that as welll and fill another set of DS-230 forms for him as well.
