I've applied for the citizenship & for the question 16 (as below), I answered NO. However, I've a HOV violation which I'm pleading "not guilty" and the court date is coming May 17th.

Have you ever been arrested, cited or detained by any law enforcement officer (including USCIS or former INS and military officers) for any reason?

Is it ok to answer No or should I've to correct it during the interview process?

That wouldn't really matter in your citizenship.
