hi my parents migrated to US in Jan2003. How soon can they apply for US citizenship. They only visited for 4 mnths in all this period. Can you please help

If your parents have a Green Card, then they have to follow the rules of the greencard. After 4 years and 9 months they can apply, but they have to show residency in the US for a period of 30 months. If they have been outside the US for a period of more than 1 year, then the calculation for the 30 month residency period changes.
