Poor FP Quality

FBI says that my FP quality was poor and need to get another FP, so you know how days it takes to get another FP notice?

Any help will be appreciated.

Can you post the FBI number to call.. My wife and me went for our FP end Dec 06. She has got her interview call for next week, I have not received any notice. My friend/spouse applied after us and they have both got their interview in Apr 07.

I got the number (304-625-2000) from another forum .. Thanks anyways
