Quick question filling n-400 please help!!

Hi all, I have my n-400 form ready to go but I just read again the instructions and noticed in the "Ho Do I Complete This Application" section a line that says "If a question does not apply to you, write N/A in the space provided" So my question is: Do I need to go back an fill the blanks? For example: In part 10, section B Affiliations 8.a (have you ever been a member of... does not apply to me at all, do I have to put N/A in all the table below that??

No harm putting N/A than leaving it blank.
