when will the finger printing notice come.

Hi,
I have applied for citizenship and I received the receipt notice more than 2 weeks back. but i have not got the finger printing notice yet. How long it will it take more ,anyone knows about it.

Take like 3 weeks

My application is received on Mar 7th by the california service center and the status reads as "Case received and pending". I still have not received the notice for the fingerprinting. Anyidea why it is getting delayed. Going by the other threads in this forum, it is generally getting delayed these days. is that true. please share your ideas.
