For the appointment at 12 noon on 4/12 , overall spent 1.5 Hrs at the ASC.
No Food , Drinks etc. are allowed.
Cell phones must be switched off;
Parking cost USD 11 ;
In their form had filled up Eye color = black ;
They changed it to Brown while entering in the system,saying no one has Black eyes!!
Received "Learn About US: Quick civic lessons" with CD
If you do not get one, ask for it.
