Question regarding Memership in N-400

Hello All,
Question 8a in Part 10 is:

"Have you ever been a member of or associated with any organization, association, fund foundation, party, club, society or similar group in the United States or in any other place?"

Do we have to include all the prior memberships in any party, society etc?

Any guidance will be appreciated....

Pretty straight forward question.

Yes, you need to mention your membership in all societies, parties, associations, organizations, movements, etc. USCIS wants to make sure you are not associated with some undesirable elements
