I applied for my N-400 based on 3 year marriage in jan 04. I had sucessfully passed my interview in June 04. My name check was pending since then. It finally cleared and have now received oath letter for this friday. However I was divorced in june 06. Will I have any problems taking oath. Most of my information says no but I want to be sure. Please anyone...?
