1. I got green card in june'02 still i have month to complete 5 yrs .. can i apply for citizenship now or do i have to wait for one more month

2. required forms for citizen and other details

gc copy front/back
check for n400

1. In immhelp say your have to sendpaystub , bank statement , tax paper, marriage certificate etc ...
do i have send all this document or

2 400 $ money order
3. photos 2

Question on filling n400 form part 7 (Time outside the united states

1. I went india for 30 days, in this 30 days i went to singapore for 2 days
and Muscat for 7 .

do i have to mention in the form travel about muscat and singapore or
just india ..

16. Have you arrested,cited or detained by law enforcement officer.

for above question in N400 form - i have mention 'NO'

but i have got citietation ticket for turned left on no turn and i have paid for the ticket.

do you think this will be a problem while processing by citizenship

you have to list all countries you visited in column 4 of part 7, eventhough it is one row ( since it is on the same visit).

Just like kkboy, i sent only those 4 items. the others can be taken to the interview.

Make sure you are truthful in the application and remember your answer(save a copy of the form )
