I am trying to help out a young man who just turned 18. He is a junior in High school and a honor role student. He is also a fantastic athlete. He and his family immigrated from Mexico 10 years ago, 11 in June. Are there any rules that can help him become legal here in the US? He has a birth certificate from Mexico. He has proof that he has been here for 10 plus years. What can I do to help him and his family. Can I sponsor him or anything like that? Please help me help him!
