Need help to figure out date left US

I am struggling with In Part7 of N400 (Date you left the United States).
I will appreciate if any one can assist me.
I have visited 7 times to India and I have my arrival time stamp on my passport.Now I do not remember when exactly I left US for those trips.How can I figure out that (is it -2 or -1).Very confusing to me.
I do not have any travel records other than my passport.
Can any body please help me.

your passport should have India arrival date stamp. You will know when you left the US.

Yes it is there.e.g - arrival stamp at Bombay is 3rd July 2000.From this I can not figure out my departure date from USA.is it 1st July or 2nd July.See if I reach after 12 mid night in India then it would be the next day.
Very difficult for me.

come on man.the day you reach India calculate the day before based on the time difference.

One day difference is not a big deal for INS.
