Hi,
My fingerprint notice never got to my house, so I missed my appointment for fingerprinting. I called the USCIS and one officer told me to go to a laction in Texas to get fingerprinted and told me it is not a problem to do so withouth the notice. I did as he requested and I was not allowed to take my fingerprints without the letter. I called the USCIS again and that time they told me to write the Texas Service Center a letter and tell them what happend and ask for reshduling. I did as requested and I did not hear anything from them. Then I called again and this time they told me that they will send an electronic request to the Mesquite Center to have them reshedule another fingerprint appointment. I am stressed that they will stop or even close my application because of that. What can I do? I even sheduled an infopass appointment to speak with an immigration officer. Can I do anything else? And does anyone know how long you wait when you go to the Dallas Service Center with the infopass appointment?
