Naturalization of child born outside

My wife and I are GC holders for >5 years. Our son was born otuside US and admitted to the US with a GC at the port of entry. We are now applying for naturalization. Can we apply for our son as well, who is only 3 years now?

yes when you get citizenship the child's process is automatically done.

Childs Citizenship

Your son will automatically get US Citizenship, once you are granted the US Citizenship.
However, he will not get any Certificate of Naturalization, which you can obtain by submitting N-600 (if you desire so).
