Moving after finger printing

Can any one tell if it is ok to move from one service centre to another i.e from texas to california after doing finger printing in texas service centre. Also is there a procedure or if we do change of address the systems takes cares of it and we can get the interivew and oath at california?. Or do we have to come to the same state for interview and oath. Also if it is automatically transfered to california how long does it take to transfer the file from one service centre to another service centre?.

Does it delay the processing of citizenship?.
