Hi, i'm filling in Request for a hearing on a decision, and i' confused here - can i fill for my self at all? Form clearly asks to check the box to show whether person filling is attorney or legal representative. Or i can unmarked that and fill it myself? Thanks, running out of time here. Sergey.

You can file it yourself, leave the attorney/legal representative box empty. Having said that, I would definitely get a lawyer, DUI cases have a high chance of denial on your side.
