    Basis of N-400
    Family based,
    Enter in US on Feb 2002, Visit abroad 8 times total spent days out side 252 maximum continuous stayed abroad 57 days.
    Wife and kids are not in USA since marriage waiting for Immigration Visa as I applied for them after marriage almost 4 and half years passed.(Having hope after citizenship get a pace)
    No Traffic tickets not any kind of violation of Law. Working since March 2002 to present 5 Tax returns
    During interview I had many documents with me she didn’t see any doc only ask for new pic
    She asked during viewing my application Who was the president of US during civil war? Abraham Lincoln
    If the president and vice president die who will become the US prudent? Speaker of the house. How many branches of the Government? Executive, Legislative, Judicial. The house of Representative has how many members for voting? 435 may be 2 more questions she asked.
    She put an approved stamp on my application and said we will send you a letter for Oath. She said do you have any question? I said where would Oath ceremony? She said it depends upon your District, It would be schedule in one month and we will notify you through mail.
    I wrote my name on both of my pictures and one time signature on my application and 2 times print my name on the bottom of my application
    Waiting for Oath letter. Anyone have the past practice of Oath in TN and how long he/she waited after interview?
