Hi everyone,

Do you have any ideal how should I do if USCIS keeps telling me that they are waiting for FBI check, it was almost 1 years since I got finger print and haven't heard anything from them?

I just moved from TX to VA, is that move effect my processing time?

hey Lina, one year is too lone time. I have done my all process in 6 months. My one fren also have same sitauation. He had his fingerprint on Sep 2007 but still didnt get interview notice.All the best for u.

Need Help!

Thank you for your info. My case is based on family, I applied after 3 yr, 9 month in US, should they wait until we stay for 5 years to get name check clear?
Do you have any ideal how can I do?
