regarding my citizenship

i went to the immigration office back on April 10, 2007 for my citizenship test , however, the officer that helped me was not clear about my application status. i did pass my citizenship test but i have not heard from you, so, i need to know what it is the next step that i need to take in order to get my citizenship.
