I am applying for PIO card in Washington DC. I have a question regarding the photographs need to be submitted. I have read in previous thread that the total number of photos need is 4 including the two photos pasted on the application. Those threads were posted back in 2003. I am wondering if there is any change in number of photos required? Is it total 4 including the two photos pasted on the application (2+2)? Again I am sending the application to Washington DC? Also do we need to attest the photocopies?
