Since it is taking too long to generate a receipt date,
- is it OK to submit citizenship application earlier than 90 days?
When asked an interviewing officer on October 30th in Atlanta regarding application processing time, she replied that it was taking under 6 months for a complete citizenship process in Atlanta.
- Is it still true after the fee increase with influx of application submission?

Never do that. Otherwise, citizenship will denied and it would be waste of your time and money.
