Fingerprints Appt. Please Help

Hello everyone. My, mother is currently out of the country, and just received the appt. letter for her fingerprints in a couple of weeks. She is applying for citizenship. I know that INS is very strict about keeping appointments. However, under the circumstances, can this appt. be rescheduled? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

my opinion is u can resedule for interview date the bad thing is it take longer time to call her for next interview.

my sister rescheduled her finger printing. twices this year she got re schedule a month later. I have a ? is it allright to leave the country while your application for n400 is in process because i want to take a vacation and i applied last sept for my naturalization?
