  • citizenship /N 400

    I am a G/C holder and applying for N-400 citizenship . Been G/C holder since 17th Jan 03.
My husband came over from the UK in Mar 05 and has over stayed his visa.He is still here. He has a 1-130 that has been accepted and awaiting interview.
    My question is:

On the N-400 form it asks "what is the status of your spouse " and also his address. Now I know I have to put that he lives here now but what is his status? UK citizen, alien or what ??????

I also need to know if I am able to apply for citizenship because I went out of the country on 3 trips that were
    Jan 25th 03 toJuly 24th 03.....................150 days
    Aug20 03 toJune19 04........................302 days
    Oct 29 04 to Mar 31st 05....................151 days
I did get a re entry permit for the 302 day stay out.

This makes it 32 months of continual living in the us since Mar 31st 05.

Hope some one can advise. Thank you
