Not received the Oath letter

Hi,

My husband and I applied for citizenship in July and had our interview on Novemeber 2nd in San Francisco. We both passed the test and got a Congratulations note from the officer, who said he would be recommending us for citizenship.

I am pregnant and the officer said he would get us an oath date in December. I received my Oath letter a week back. My oath is on Dec 18th. However, my husband has not received his oath letter.

Was wondering if anyone else has gone through this or faced a similar situation and can provide some insight on whether there is anything we can do.

120 days

Immigration CS told me to write them if I don't get Oath letter after 120 days. My interview was on Sept 24th which I passed.

No oath letter yet

I am in the same boat. I had my interview in Los Angeles downtown on 10/3. I passed and got recommened for approval. I had an Infopass on 12/6. The officer told me they are behind and it is now taking up to 3 months for oath appointment. He told me to come back for another infopass in 30 days if I still have not received the oath appointment.

Infopass is basically an appointment with an officeer at your local uscis office.

Oath letter finally received

My oath letter has finally arrived after almost 4 months. I am scheduled for 2/21/2008. Good luck to you all!
