Fingerprinting in Newark, NJ. Advice please.

Hi:I have an appointment for fingerprinting in Newark, NJ. I was wondering if anyone familiar with the location (24, Commerce St.,) can answer the following questions:

Is there parking close to the address?

It looks like it is pretty close to the Newark Penn Station. Is that close enough to walk?

Yes there's parking close to the building. Of course you'll pay heavily for it.

No, it's not walkable from the train station. There's a bus available but it's too tricky and painful.

You're better off driving to the location.

This is the street behind Broad Street.

If you're coming from Newark Penn Station, you can easily walk to 24 Commerce St. It's only around to 4 blocks. You should arrive in 10 minutes from a leisurely albeit cold walk.

Try to get there half an hour earlier than you're supposed to. They herd you with everybody with the same appointment time like cattle, and line you against the walls of a big hall room in the 1st floor before you end up on a the waiting line upstairs.
