Relocating to another State after applying N-400?

Hi all

I have filed N-400 and have recieved the reciept and the priority date but am waiting on the fingerprinting letter.

In the meantime ,I may have to relocate to another state, so what happens to my application, does it get transferred to the service center that the state is under or it remains in the service center that I applied for.

Also what is the procedure for an address change, Do I have to send a physical letter/ form or can it be done online?.
