form N 400 need urgent help!!
--------------------------------------------------------------------------Hello everybody,
my freind's wife is a permanent resident and now applying for a citizenship, and planning to apply for her husband as soon as she get her citizenhip.she is worried because her husband has a visa student expired, and since she is married she has to provide his information on her N 400, is that can get him or her in trouble? and what should she answer if the officer ask her in the interview about him?also she did not put his SSN in the application because it is not valid anymore, is that a mistake? and what the officer can say or do in this case? and what she should answer or do in this case??
any help will be very very appreciated.
