    Hi,
My boyfriend is applying for citizenship, after waiting a year he just got a appointment letter telling him to go for the interview. In the paper, they asked to bring his proof of " register for selective service." My boyfriend doesn't remember if he register for it or not. How can we find out if he did it and if he didn't do it, what should we do? IS this will affect his application for naturalization??????? Can his application be denied based on failing to register ??? Can any body please help me.
Thanks a lot for your time and patient.

Yes, he can be denied if he failed to register.

He should have registered if he was here before he was 26 years of age. https://www.immihelp.com/register-fo...ervice-in-usa/

Check here if he did register: www.sss.gov
