Processing dates confusion?

The processing dates for USCIS processing centers that are pulished online, What are they? I mean does the processing date for a particular center refer to the Priority dates of the appilcations that the center is currently processing?

COnfused with Priority date, notice date, receipt dates. Any explanation or details or links to where to find more information would be appreciated.
