I have completed the finger printing and waiting for my interview for citizenship. I work abroad for an organization which operates in US and abroad as two separate legal companies. I am employed by abroad office.
At this time if I opt to get paid by US office, I have 2 questions:
1. Will this payroll change affect my citizenship case positively or negatively?
2. Will USCIS raise any legal issue with my company for such arrangement?
Your advise is appreciated.
