Missing Interview Letter

Hi What happens if the interview letter gets into fraud hands and discarded. There is no update with the customer service ( receipt Aug 2007,finger printing - Nov 2007. FP is not updated in site ). Is there any way i can reach higher officials to check for the status or complain about this?

You can try an infopass appointment and speak with an IO at your local District Office. They may be able to help.

someone that came to stay home has taken away all the records (all secure information ). This person stayed with us for a while ( months ) and had access to everything including mail box. discovered just recent after this person left abrupt planning leaving without our knowledge.

is infopass the only way or can I try reaching the uscis office in the city? Will customer support help transferring to their supervisor ? There is proof for records having been taken. but no idea about if the mail did actually come or not.
