Citizenship Requirement

Hi,
Can anyone help me out.I got my Greencard in 2003,jun 18th . I was out of U.S.A for 60 days in these 4 years 9 months. Can I apply for citizenship this month or am I eligible to apply after Jun 18th,2008 or after August 18th,2008 ?

Please reply.I get different information from different sources.
